Eastern View FFA is made of students who are enrolled in agriculture education courses and join FFA.  Student have various opportunities to develop their leadership skills and compete in a variety of career development events. 

     Eastern View FFA received its charter June of 2009.  Our chapter averages 100-120 members a year.  We have competed in various career development events including Cattle Working, Forestry Field Day, Jr. Stockmen’s, Jr. Dairymen’s, Horse Evaluation, Hippology, Dairy Cattle Evaluation, Livestock Judging, Tractor Operators, Small Engine Repair, and Tractor Trouble shooting to name a few. 

     We have had numerous members win events at the federation and area level and have had 2 state winners.  We also do a various community service activities such as Adopt A Highway, blood drives, book barns, food drives and many more.  Members are also offered a variety of leadership opportunities by participating in leadership workshops and camps and becoming a chapter officer. 

    FFA gives out over $1,000,000 a year in scholarships and Eastern View FFA gives a $500 scholarship every year as well.  We have also had many students win Area and State awards for their Supervised Agriculture Experience Projects.  We have had 13 members receive their state FFA degree and 12 member earn their American FFA Degree
